Put Monty Python's Life of Brian up on the TV tonight and watched it with my mom. I've actually never seen this one before-- only seen clips of it online. Yet I've seen the Holy Grail three times.
It's a brilliant film. I think Biggus Dickus is one of the funniest bits in the history of cinema. I had to explain it to my dad in Mandarin afterwards: "他朋友的名字叫大鸡巴!" and he was laughing his ass off too. Regarding the ending, my mother (who's a bit more sentimental than I am) said she thought it was quite tragic. I was a bit too busy laughing at the suicide squad, but I guess I get her point. Shitty way to die, that is!

Fucking hell, now I'm talking like a Brit. The British are corrupting the youth with their silly films.
